The short version
- We only collect what we need to run accounts and the free usage limits.
- We do not save the letters you write or the details you type on our servers. Your drafts are saved only inside your own browser.
- We do not sell your data, show ads, or use tracking cookies.
What we collect
- Your email address
- Used to create your account and log you in.
- Your password
- It is scrambled in your browser before it is sent to us, and we store only a salted, one-way hash of that. We can never see or recover your real password.
- Account and usage records
- The date you signed up and how many drafts you create each day, so we can apply the free limits.
- A device ID and a hashed network address
- A random ID stored in your browser and a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address. They are used only to make the free trial one-time per device and to prevent abuse.
- A login token
- Stored in your browser’s local storage so you stay logged in for up to 30 days. Logging out removes it. The device ID is only sent while you are logged out.
What you write
The details you type are sent to an AI model (Cloudflare Workers AI) to write your draft, and the result is sent back to you. We do not save them in our database. Your drafts, their earlier versions and recently deleted drafts are stored only in this browser (local storage), so they stay on this device and are removed when you delete them from My drafts or clear your browser data. Anyone who uses this browser can see them, so on a shared computer use “Delete everything on this device”. The same goes for the AI helpers: the quality check and “Want any changes?” send your draft text to the AI and the answer comes back, and nothing is kept. Please do not type sensitive information such as ID numbers, bank details or passwords into the form.
Services we use
- Cloudflare hosts this website, runs the AI, and stores the account database.
- Nothing else. The fonts are part of this website, and there are no ads, analytics or tracking scripts, so no other company receives your visit.
How long we keep things
Account details stay until you delete your account. Daily usage counters and abuse-prevention records expire automatically within a few days. The record that a device has used its free trial is kept so the trial can only be used once.
Your choices
- Log out at any time from the account menu.
- Delete your account from the account menu. This removes your email, password hash, login sessions and usage records.
- Clear this site’s data in your browser to remove your device ID and login token.
